Mental Well-Being Seminar for IT Employees at Bank Indonesia

On February 9, 2026, the SOA Psychological & Educational Support Center conducted a Mental Well-Being Seminar for the Information Technology (IT) employees of Bank Indonesia.

The seminar was designed to help participants better understand the importance of maintaining mental well-being in a fast-paced and technology-driven work environment. As IT professionals often face demanding workloads, tight deadlines, and rapidly evolving challenges, the session focused on practical strategies for managing stress, maintaining resilience, and achieving a healthier work-life balance.

Throughout the seminar, participants explored the factors that influence mental well-being, recognized early signs of stress and burnout, and learned evidence-based techniques to support emotional health. The discussion also emphasized the value of self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, effective communication, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Through engaging discussions and practical insights, employees were encouraged to prioritize their psychological well-being alongside their professional responsibilities. By investing in mental wellness, individuals are better equipped to maintain productivity, strengthen collaboration, and sustain long-term personal and professional growth.

SOA sincerely thanks Bank Indonesia for the opportunity to support the well-being of its employees. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in promoting mentally healthy workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive.
