In early May 2026, the SOA Psychological & Educational Support Center team visited Sekolah Bina Mulia Pekanbaru to conduct the Teachers Development Potential Assessment, a program designed to help schools identify and maximize the strengths and potential of their educators.
Every teacher brings unique talents, skills, and capabilities to the classroom. Through this assessment, SOA worked with the school to gain a deeper understanding of each teacher’s individual strengths, enabling school leaders to identify roles and responsibilities that best align with each person’s potential.
By providing a comprehensive picture of teachers’ competencies and development opportunities, the program supports both individual professional growth and the school’s long-term strategic planning. When educators are placed in roles that match their strengths, they are better equipped to thrive professionally and make meaningful contributions to student learning and the overall school community.
